Terms of Service

• "Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service, the Rental Agreement, and any other documents you sign with us
• "Vehicle" means the car, SUV, van, or other vehicle rented to you
• "Rental Period" means the period from pickup to return of the vehicle
• "You" or "Renter" refers to the person signing the rental agreement
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Bandy's Cars and its affiliates
• "Website" means bandyscars.com and associated digital platforms

2.1 Driver Eligibility

• Minimum age: 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license held for minimum 2 years
• Clean driving record (no major violations within past 3 years)
• Valid credit card in renter's name
• Proof of insurance or acceptance of our insurance coverage

2.2 Account Requirements

• Accurate personal information must be provided
• Secure password must be maintained
• Account sharing is prohibited
• You must notify us of any unauthorized account access

3.1 Reservations

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
• Rates are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed
• Vehicle class substitutions may occur based on availability
• Minimum rental periods may apply during peak seasons

3.2 Vehicle Pickup

• Required documents must be presented in original form
• Vehicle condition will be documented with photos
• Initial fuel level and mileage will be recorded
• Basic vehicle operation instructions provided

4.1 Authorized Use

• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle
• Vehicle must remain within agreed geographic boundaries
• Compliance with all traffic laws required
• No commercial use without prior written consent

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• No off-road driving (except designated 4x4 vehicles)
• No racing or speed testing
• No pushing or towing other vehicles
• No transportation of hazardous materials
• No use while under influence of alcohol or drugs
• No smoking in vehicles ($50 cleaning fee applies)

5.1 Standard Charges

• Base rental rate as quoted
• Insurance coverage fees
• Additional driver fees
• Fuel charges (if applicable)
• Airport/location surcharges
• Local taxes and fees

5.2 Additional Charges

• Late return fees (hourly rate + 50%)
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt
• Traffic/parking violations
• Toll fees plus processing charge
• Lost key replacement
• Damage repair costs within excess limit

6.1 Standard Coverage

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Third Party Liability Insurance
• Theft Protection
• Personal Accident Insurance

6.2 Insurance Exclusions

• Damage to tires, wheels, and glass
• Interior damage
• Lost or stolen keys
• Damage from prohibited uses
• Personal belongings

6.3 Accidents and Incidents

In case of accident or incident:

• Contact authorities immediately for accidents
• Notify Bandy's Cars within 24 hours
• Complete accident report form
• Collect third party information
• Do not admit fault or liability

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection of personal information for rental purposes
• GPS tracking of vehicles for security
• Recording of driving behavior data
• Processing of payment information
• Communication for service-related matters

• We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer
• Terms may be modified with 30 days notice
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• Some modifications may require explicit consent
