Your valid driving licence (a foreign or national licence is accepted), your passport or ID, and the card you booked with. No Moroccan residency and no local guarantor are required.
No. We never ask for a guarantee cheque and no payment path here accepts one. Depending on the insurance tier you pick, a refundable deposit is settled at pickup: with Premium there is no deposit at all, except on the Luxe & Sport and Super Cars categories, which keep a reduced amount.
Yes. Booking is 100% online, so you reserve from France, Belgium, Spain, Italy or anywhere else before you travel. The car is prepared for your arrival date and delivery is free to the airport, the port, your hotel or an address in any of our 9 cities. Cancellation is free with a full refund up to 48 hours before pickup.
Yes. Any valid driving licence is accepted, including a French or other European one. You also need your passport or national ID and your booking confirmation. The minimum age is 21, and 25 for premium and luxury categories.
You can pay online at booking with a card. A credit card is never required: a debit card works, and cash or a bank transfer is accepted at the agency desk. Choosing to pay at the agency instead of online adds a 10% surcharge.
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup and you are refunded in full, 100%. Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before pickup and 30% is refunded, and cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup gives no refund. The optional Flexible Cancellation add-on overrides all of that and gives a full refund at any point before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds are returned to the original online payment, so a booking paid at the agency has no online payment to refund automatically.
