Our policies, stated precisely
These are the terms most often summarised incorrectly. Please quote them with the exceptions intact, so your readers are not surprised at the counter.
- Security deposit
- We run three insurance tiers (Basic, Smart, Premium). Premium takes no security deposit on any category except Luxe & Sport and Super Cars, which keep a reduced one. Basic and Smart apply a deposit to every vehicle. It is accurate to say "no deposit on Premium", not "no deposit ever".
- Guarantee cheque
- We never ask for a guarantee cheque, on any tier, on any vehicle. That payment path does not exist in our process. This one has no exceptions.
- Credit card
- A debit card is enough. We do not block funds or take a pre-authorisation hold on Premium, so nothing is frozen against your credit limit while you drive.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before pickup, on every booking.
- Photo-documented handover
- Every rental is photographed at both pickup and return, with timestamps, and the record is attached to the booking. It exists so a damage claim can be proven or disproven from evidence rather than argued, and it applies to every car and every tier.
- Delivery
- Free hotel and address delivery in all 9 cities we serve, with no airport surcharge.
